EUROCOMPULSION™ V2/V2.1 INTAKE SYSTEM INSTRUCTIONS

-First and foremost just a quick THANK YOU for purchasing our intake system. This install procedure is fairly easy but if you do run into an difficulties please do not hesitate to contact us. Tools Needed: 1-1/4 Ratchet with small extension 1-8mm socket 1-screwdriver 1-pair of pliers 1-pair of snips 1- small cup of soapy water (lubricant) Time Needed: 20-30min *(Make sure car is cool) Skill Level Level 1-5: Skill level 1 REMOVAL PROCEDURE STEP 1- Remove the 8mm screws on the Air filter box / unclip hose from Red cover STEP 2 – Remove Red cover and DISCARD OEM Filter (!!!OEM filter is no longer used!!!) STEP 3 - Loosen Clamps from airbox cover and from turbo inlet STEP 4 - Using screw driver pull Fresh Air inlet from air filter box STEP 5 - Using pair of pliers remove small vacuum line and remove large vacuum line (pinch tab) STEP 6 – Remove clamp from stock airbox hose to PCV valve (V2.1 Intakes please remove airbox and PCV hose from car) INSTALL PROCEDURE STEP 1- Install new PCV extension and filter into car (V2.1 Intakes utilze a Silicone line that runs from the Silicone intake to the PCV system, do not use OEM line) STEP 2 – Install aluminum coupler into filter (make sure coupler is flush with inside of filter) STEP 3- Begin installing silicone Intake hose STEP 4 – Tighten clamp on turbo inlet STEP 5 – Install Vacuum lines (use a bit of soapy water as lubricant for smaller line) STEP 6- Install filter w/ coupler to Silicone Hose(use soapy water) (be careful of radiator cap) STEP 7 – Tighten clamps / Slip PCV line behind Airbox STEP 8- Slip (3) zip-ties through airbox retaining clips and around PCV extension hose STEP 9 – !!!ALIGN FILTER AWAY FROM RADIATOR CAP AND OTHER ITEMS FILTER MAY RUB ON!!! STEP 10- Once aligned tighten zip-ties (tight) STEP 11- Install red Airbox cover (!!!!NO OEM FILTER!!!) Congratulations Your All Finished! Thank you for your purchase.
